As we age and annually experience another birthday, we add another year to our lives. We also add another filing cabinet of memories. I know many of us are more inclined to be of the anti-aging posture, considering the discomforts of aging on the body. I won’t lie, that part can be uncomfortable. However, I like to think of another birthday as another year of new wisdom gained to live more fully until the next birthday.
