Children, whether young children or adult children, are still our sons and daughters. They are our beloved, extensions of our hearts, living and breathing on this earth. Our sons and daughters are our most precious and treasured souls walking this journey with us. Beyond genetics and DNA, there is such a connection to this other human being that is profoundly felt in the depths of our psyche. We adore our children and can recognize the miracle of life every moment we gaze into their eyes.
