Messages

Communication can be such a “tricky” business. Often what we intend to say does not necessarily come across to the receiver as we had intended it to. That is why it is so important to reflect back the message we heard to clarify if we understood it correctly. Some of the most useful reflections are: “Did I hear that correctly?”; “I heard you say….is that right?”; “Tell me more so I understand completely your message.”
