Journaling; Me, Myself and I

Writer: Susan WintersSusan Winters

Journaling has often been a very helpful practice for individuals in collecting thoughts, expressing innermost feelings and as an instrument of reflections. I have often found that an inner dialogue with “Me, Myself and I” sets me onto a pathway leading toward my own clarity and wisdom. The internal conversation with the different parts of myself written out in my journal has allowed for a narration of concerns, feelings, or questions. This gathering of “Me, Myself and I” brings a fully present self and opens a door to an awakened perspective.

Have you discovered any awakenings
