GRATITUDE IS GOLDEN
Gratitude: " a feeling of appreciation or thanks."
Would you like to add a sparkle of cheer to your days? You might consider beginning a practice of offering gratitude moments to those 24 hours we meet upon each day. It is often helpful to choose a specific time of day and a number from one to ten of gratitudes to meditate on for that day.
