Five Steps to Clarity

Step 1 – Take a deep breath

Step 2 – Take a helicopter view, rising above yourself in your mind

Step 3 – Notice what you feel

Step 4 – Emphasize in statement, “I am not that feeling, my body is feeling _____, but I am separate from my feeling.”

Step 5 – Ask yourself, what are my feelings asking me to pay attention to?
