It is a wonderful experience to have clarity of thought and mind. Often times, however, we feel as though cobwebs have entered our minds. Sometimes “sleeping on it” or journaling can be helpful. Once the fog has lifted, we find ourselves more in touch with our inner awareness. We then can move into, and operate from our wiser selves.
