When we encounter chaos, do we absorb the effects and over-identify with the situation, thereby allowing the chaos to dictate our choices? It is important for us to be attentive to our recognition of "self" as separate from the situation. Then we have a stronger ability to draw from our inner strength of "Being" to make choices in a non-chaotic manner. When do you most often experience a sense of chaos? Are there choices that you can make that could decrease the chaos?
